This company was supposed to perform a complete check and tune of my furnace as advertised in a coupon mailer. When the technician arrived he was there 5 minutes and was on his cell phone the entire time. I asked to have a different technician come out and was promised an appointment, but got a call 15 minutes into my appontment time that no one was coming. I asked for my money back because I didn't believe the original technician 'checked' anything at all. The operations manager, Steve, refused and when I told him I would file a complaint with the BBB, all I got was a sarcastic retort. I have gotten no response from the company owner after repeated attempts to get in touch with him and get my money back.
Cons: lazy technician, horrible customer service
