This business owner currently has a Better Business Bureau complaint pending against him (Mr. Lee) for cleaning work that was conducted at the My Dry Cleaner location. Complaints are also pending through the Atlanta Korean Small Business Owners' Association and small claims court, Atlanta circuit. If you choose to do business here be sure to get some sort of assurance that if your items are damaged you'll be reimbursed. Money and margins must be incredibly tight here, because under no circumstances will Mr. Lee reimburse you if your goods are damaged (even when said goods are demonstrably brand new, relatively low cost and were in mint condition prior to being ""cleaned"" by My Dry Cleaner). This is actually quite rare for a dry cleaner. Otherwise things are OK there - very friendly customer service - at least until they make a mistake. Then the customer is wrong.
