Margie, the hair stylist I saw has no idea what she is doing. She fried my hair, trying to lighten it but it took her two hours to get the foils in. I was left with orange hair for $225.00!!! When I asked her if she would fix it she said yes if I paid her more for her time and supplies! What a horrible place. I contacted the ""operations manager"" and he had nothing to say except that yes, she was in the wrong for frying my hair.
