My wife and I went for an early dinner downtown and I decided to try McFaddens because they're advertised on the radio all the time. Maybe this place is a hot party spot but the food was terrible. I got the Bangers and Mash and the sausage was prepackaged plain sausage with cheap instant potatoes. Without the cheese on top the reconstituted potato flakes would have been inedible. It also came with a side of cheap canned peas and carrots. I'm sure you remember the cubed carrots in the 25 cent store brand veggie can. Needless to say You don't want to go for the food. I think my entree was 12 dollars and was worth about 3.
