To maintain this high turnover, he does a very quick and dirty diagnosis on your car, fixes it and doesnt really care if the car drives the way it should.In other words, he wont do a comprehensive check up, just latch on to the first problem he detects, fixes it and doesnt care if the car drives optimally or not.
