It was everything we had hoped for and more. All staff was helpful and friendly. We were saddened that there was no room service but not for long - there were many restaraunts that delivered. The place we picked to order from was EXCELLANT; pizza that was huge, tasty and very affordable.The swimming pool and fitness areas were totally awesome. We were able to walk to the Pike Place Market although the distance was further than I had anticipated. That evening walked to the science fair to see a late night showing of Laserium. We did have some tv trouble when we first arrived but the maintenance man was quick and fixed it. Our room card key also gave us trouble but was quickly fixed. I'd definitely get a room there again during a downtown excursion.
