My first visit was for a complimentary oil change and will be my last visit. Shop attempted to inform me that I needed brakes replaced and did not respond well when I advised them I did not need brake work. What they didn't realize is that I sat in front of the bay door to watch the work completed on my vehicle and noticed that they never removed the tires from my car. I think removing the tires kind of goes hand in hand with looking at the brakes, guys.
