My husband and I had never boarded our dogs before because we are never away for more than a few days (we usually use a pet sitter). However, we had a week-long vacation planned out of the country and knew we could not afford a pet sitter for that length of time. We have only lived in Nashville for a few months, so we did not know a lot of people who we could ask for boarding recommendations. Thus, I searched and searched the internet and was very pleased to read the positive reviews from other PRA customers. \r

I was very nervous to take the dogs to be boarded, so my husband and I decided to drop by PRA to take a look around and ask questions before we made a reservation. We were very impressed with the accommodations and had all of our questions fully answered. Staff were friendly and the place was very clean. The dogs had a lot of room and I liked that they were allowed 2 trips outside per day plus 2 walks. \r
