A little background information. I used to go to Dr. Waxler but we lost our insurance a few years back so I haven't been to the dentist for a year and a half. Finally got new insurance, so made an appointment for what I thought was an exam and a cleaning. Getting the appointment is the ONLY thing that worked out in this scenario! \r

Today I showed up for my 10:45 appt. The girl told me they are short on rooms and I may wait an extra 20 minutes. Fine. I finally got called at 11:30. Quickly got my X Rays and off to wait in the room! Dr. Waxler greeted me, checked my teeth and told me the guy would be in to discuss fees. Fine. I am waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally I am starting out into the hallway to ask if anyone is taking care of me??? Guy comes in to discuss fees. I agree to the periodontal cleaning that is needed. Not gonna happen today!!! I would have to make another appt for that! Let me check to see if they can do it today...oh yes, we can in an hour!!! I blew my stack!!\r
