I am a bit surprised with the good reviews of Solutions. I am sure they are not 100% from customers. I was completely unimpressed from beginning to end. I had an appointment with Joel at 430pm. I arrived at 429pm and the receptionist was on the phone...no one greeted me and the entrance is less than inviting. Granted they are renovating, but make the extra effort for a customer to feel comfortable--especially a first time customer.
Once the receptionist finished her call 5-6 mins later, she coldly greeted me, and then told me that Joel was running late--I left a meeting early to make my appt. Call me if there is a time change--rude. He never even acknowledged me or said to me personally that he was running behind...on the contrary, he talked more than he worked to the other client. He could have cared less that I was also on a schedule.
When he came over, he asked (in third person) if I was ""waiting for Joel"", then introduced himself. Strange. He had an uncomfortableness that grated on my nerves, and was quite snotty without reason to be...he even made comments that ""unless I dress cuter than when I am in a suit, the hair I want doesn't fit"". Bite me. He is obviously not professional nor did he want my business again. It is overpriced, bad lighting, and the owners even came in and looked at me like I was an ogre. Good bye tired old salon hags.
