When I got home after driving through Bubbles December 23 that the hood chrome trim is gone off the front of my Mazda Tribute. Without this piece, the front end of my car looks HORRIBLE!\r
I drove back over there thinking it must have come off at Bubbles. Sure enough, after sorting through the dumpster, they presented me with a smashed up version of my chrome trim. At first I said this isn't it, its ruined mine was in perfect condition. They said it got run over by the cars following me in the car wash. I left then returned to Bubbles the next morning Dec. 24, asking to speak to the mgr. who was the same guy from the day before. I told them I'm laid off w/no job, look at my car now and they should cover the price of getting new chrome piece and installation. The Bubbles Manager on Washington Avenue told me this: the chrome had to be loose to fall off in their car wash and since the chrome was laying ""outside"" the actual car wash building, they weren't responsible. I wished him a merry christmas! Fact of the matter is, 2 guys using huge mops couldve loosened that chrome piece easily along with all the moving parts in the car wash. So now I've got a car that looks HORRIBLE...thanks Bubbles!\r
