I bought a set of earphones for my spart phone. I have bought several of the same type, but I'm done now. They all break down at the mic. I took the most recent one I bought back one week after I bought it, and they would not give me my money back. Their replacement policy involves a bunch of bureacracy. I plan to get better service elsewhere. more
