I went to Digits at Thruway for several years. At first, it was fine. The staff members were pretty friendly, and Ryan did a great job on my nails. However, all of that changed. I think the ""people of note"" in the community that get their nails done there have given them the ""big head."" Kevin (the owner) and his crew feel that they're gonna get a lot of business, so they don't have to be friendly and accommodating anymore. The people there are rude -- especially Kevin and Ryan. I just got tired of Ryan's bad attitude. And the prices there are about $5 higher than at other nail salons. For the money I was spending, I realized that I should be treated a lot better.
