I received very poor service from Geek Squad-Louisville. I would highly advise using a reputable computer repair service instead. I tried their online service but was referred to the store where they totally messed up my computer, didn't fix the problem and deleted a program after a VERY long conversation about NOT deleting it, and they said they were not responsible for deleting it! They also deleted my restore points which could have restored the program so I had to purchase the program again because I had used all the installs. I was charged over $300 for this service...and had to repurchase the program they deleted! The only reason they receive one star is because you can't publish a review with NO STARS!
