I usually enjoy shopping at the Buckle. The salespeople are usually always friendly, if not a little pushy, but generally very courteous. However, I try to avoid this store in the MOA, because I've never had a good experience.
Usually the salespeople at this store will just watch you look around, and if you start picking items out, out might get attention. I stopped in recently, and approached the three girls working in the store, who were gossiping among themselves. I stood behind them for at least two minutes before one finally turned and said hi. Then she turned right back to her friends.
I could not believe the rudeness of the employees at this store. I could not get any help finding sizes, and left frustrated, without even buying anything or even bothering to try anything on. I doubt I'll be stopping in this Buckle anymore.
