After coming home from being hospitalized, my mom did not have much appetite for anything, except for one Chinese dish. The dish was time and labor consuming and was not on Ding Ho's regular menu. However, after learning the situation, the owners start making the dish without a second thought. It turned out so delicious that my mom had a bowl and half! The Chicken with Mixed Vegetable that I ordered was wonderful as well (I should know, for I am a Chinese native :)
Owners like this are hard to find these days. They have their customer's best interest at heart. ""Ding Ho"" means ""the Best"" in Chinese. Other than great food, this restaurant is The Best in Heart and Soul !!!
