It was absolutely the worst mistake to take this service. I just came back from LGA. Express???? Think again. The bus tooled around the various terminals for 1 hour and 20 min., trying to hustle passengers into every seat. My bus was full (apparently there was 1 seat, but no one on the bus seemed to know where it was) and the sleazy operators kept us hostage for that last 20 min trying to talk anyone passing by into that one last mystery seat. Absolutely no consideration for the fact that they were just holding us hostage needlessly. Surly workers who cared nothing about customer service. Obviously a lesson for me in ""You Get What You Pay For"", and ""Caveat Emptor"", but everyone else, learn from the experiences of others - do not make the same mistake. I spent more time between getting off the plane and getting to my home than I spent on my actual FLIGHT. An absolutely HORRIBLE experience. HORRIBLE.
