The service was top notch, very polite staff. Ben gave me the estimate to repair my vehicle, he was accurate in his initial documentation, leaving a few un-knowns concerning the replacement of my custom wheels, in which we both knew it would be hard to find them. I am very pleased in the repair of the Escalade, including the correspondance and time-line.
