I had another shop do my tune up recently and my check engine light was still on after the tune up. They said they would have to diagnose the issue further and needed an additional diagnosis fee. I balked at that and then took the vehicle to the Brake Specialists in Round Rock. They pulled one of my plugs and noticed it was an Autolite plug in my Honda Civic. They stated that the vehicle came from the factory with a particular type of NGK plug that they could get for me. They also said my wires were very cheap and they were a Duralast wire set. They installed NGK plugs and wires on my vehicle and now it runs great and no more check engine light. I appreciated the guys being honest and helping me out. I think I just found my new mechanic!
