As with all auto repair problems, I expected to get ripped off by the mechanic. When I called Midas, "Jeremy" greeted me with a cordial tone and scheduled an appointment for me to get y brakes checked for squeaking. When I got to the shop, I had to wait about 15 minutes, but then they wrote up a free-inspection and drove the car for a test. The brakes didnt need fixing, they were just extra dusty. While I was offered to replace them since they had already opened the car up, they said I wouldnt need new ones for probably 12 months, which I really appreciated. However, they also noticed I needed my oil changed, and got this done in 30 minutes. All in all very pleased, considering how I expected things to turn out!
