This is the worse place to get tires or service done!! Stay away! The service dept has the worse employee's.\r

I took my car in for a service at 6:00p and the service rep i think his name was martin promised my car would be done by 9:30 i needed my brake pads replaced since i was going on a long drive 6 hrs away. Knowing it was a long wait i went home when i called back to check on my car at 7:30 they said that it hadn't been looked at yet. Then i come back to pep boys at 8:30 and my car was still sitting where i left it. I complained to the service mgr and he said someone shouldve called you. I said no one called me, he implied that i needed it leave it overnight... What a waste of my time... I was upset and disappointed!
