Bear Bikes is a small bike shop with a small staff, so quick service is sometimes unavailable. However, if they have the time they are patient and accommodating with novices. They have a great selection of beach cruisers from Electra and Felt, among others. I purchased a bike from them in 2006 and was very pleased with the transaction.
