I've lived in Incline Terrrace for 4 years. It is a great place to live and my 1 bedroom is very large with a walk in closet. There is a nice outdoor pool, which is great in the summer. And a hot tub and sauna which are nice in the winter. I think the best thing is how close the complex is to the University of Utah. It is great for a student, you can easily walk to school (about 3 blocks). It is also about a block from a trax stop, so getting downtown is fast and easy.
In the 4 years I've lived at Incline Terrace I didn't have any security issues and I didn't hear about anybody else having problems.
The only complaint I have is that there isn't a washer and dryer in the unit. But there is a laundry room in the same building, so it is still pretty easy to do laundry.
Overall a great place to live, with much larger units than most apartments. And GREAT location.
