We have been a customer of Wonmanog for 16 years, however our last visit is our last. In the hectic life that my wife and I live with twin teenagers along with a 7 year old we forgot to get 2 of our 3 dogs vaccinated (The vaccinations were 6 weeks out of date at the time we dropped the dogs at the kennel). On our way to the airport, the Kennel called to tells us that we needed to come pick our dogs up right now. We freely admit our mistake with regards to not having the dogs vaccinated, however the manner in which my wife was spoken to was down right condescending and belligerent. We arranged to have the dogs taken to another kennel that night - Thankfully.
Here is the best part, I called back within a week to speak with the owners of the kennel about the way we were spoken to and I am told that we were trying to be ""shady"" with them. Really, are we going to drop our un-vaccinated dogs off and never pick them up again? Keep in mind we have been customers for 16 years and we have not had any problems prior to this time. The owner son's gets very belligerent with me on the phone and tells me ""good luck finding another kennel as good as us"". Guess what fellas - I have found another kennel with better hours and better customer service.
If you like to be talked down to and called ""Shady"" this is the place to go!
