I needed a last minute haircut and called this salon.I got Mikile who seemed willing to please and I was grateful he took me at the last minute. I brough in two pictures of what I wanted and while he gave me a beautiful haircut, there is only one huge probem. Its not the haircut for me or what I asked for. He completely disregarded what I wanted and asked for. My hair is so short, I hate this and now I have to let it grow out. I really hate how short this is and would have never agreed to do this short. Thats why I brough the picture. Funny thing is, he thought the pic was good for my hair as well, so why did he do this so short and differently that I asked for. Its to bad because I think he does have a talent, but Im am soooo upset. I cannot go back there. Then on the way out he said communication is what would make it happen, that is correct, so why is it he does not follow his own advice. I did communicate prior to the haircut and he disregards this. I guess his getting the business is not so important. He did what he wanted one time and lost what could have been a very good client. I cant tell you how unhappy I am. Mikile, you need to listen to your clients and do something to make up for the ones that are so unhappy. Its going to take months to grow out and I really wanted something I could live with now.
