I ordered my furniture in May for a baby due in September and never received it. My husband and I got the run-around and flat-out lies from Keith too many times to count. I finally read reviews online and on the Better Business Bureau website. I realized it was futile to wait and I became concerned our almost $900 was gone for good. We finally demanded a refund. My husband had to threaten to sue before we finally got our refund. We ended up getting similar merchandise from the same manufacturer from Amazon with next-day service and Tiny Tykes gave us excuse after excuse for three months. These people are down-right criminal. Go to Fact Finder 12 and see the proof before you decide to buy furniture from them!
