I recently took my 2011 Audi Q5 in for repairs. I was assisted by Mr. Bobby Krips which from beginning to end delievered a world class customer experience. He explained in detail the process and kept me informed in detail of any issues that came up. My car was in the shop for almost one month, not the shops fault but the so called good insurance company called Farmers which delayed the adjuster to come out, since it was their insured fault. At the end of this ordeal, my car was considered a total loss. I still had an amazing experience at the shop, from the cleanliness, professionalism, and dedicated customer service that all shops should be measured by. Thank you Bobby Krips and team for all your help. more
