The first time I bought from Carpet To Go in 2004 it was because of their unbelievably great prices and a quick install. Then I realized that they are about more then great prices. They are such a great company to work with that I have purchased all my carpet thru them ever since. Each time I don't think I could be happier with them, and yet I am! As the projects have gone from one to the next, I have gotten to know them better and they treat me like family. I can call up Amy and she remembers my purchasing history. I can say I need more of the carpet I use as a rug in my entry way and they know just what to order. Amy, Liz & Gary are some of the people I have worked with. They are incredably knowledgeable, friendly & professional, with great follow thru. After the carpet has been installed they call to see if I am happy and ask about my experience. I love that they are a locally owned family business that really cares about their customers. I can't say enough good things about them and my experiences. Obviously, I highly recommend them.
