I ran across LA Sports Massage as I perused the Internet for a place I could stop on the way home from the office. Although I love the spa experience, I never seem to get a decent massage from any of them. Highly frustrating when you're tense and sore from a workout and in need of some intuitive body work.
I met with Mike Krasovec and immediately felt at ease with his confidence and knowledge of anatomy and physiology. It's always a better massage when the therapist is as active as you are (or more!) and knows instinctively what muscle groups are in need of the most "loving". With some massage and stretching, I was ready to get back on the road and log some miles without any stiffness or pain.
LA Sports Massage will be my new go-to place for all my massages from now on!
