Our story is the same as other tub customers below. Sales guy was nice but a bit pushy. He climbed into the tub and pointed out the obvious. But I noticed he was stomping around strangely. We went into the living room and went through the sales pitch. We were upfront with wanting just a quote because we would not be doing any remodeling until spring. We also said we would want to talk to references and maybe see the finished work. He passed over that quickly. When we persisted and said not until Spring he picked up his things and asked for help with the door. Very strange indeed. But one thing that really has me upset, he left black tar or something in the tub that has not come out. Our street is clear of any fresh tar or oil so he brought that in, I believe to purposefully mess up our tub. It would have been fine if we were redoing it right away, but we are not. We may have gone with them in the Spring, but no more.
