I have occassion to frequestn Hudson's genreally one time per week.\r
One expects to find quality food at a restuarnt but this food qulaity and appearence is stellar --- always! The menu chages seasonally and they offer different dinner specials daily. The chef and his staff are visible to the dining room and do a great job!\r
The additonal quality which is as meaningful to me as the qulality of the food is the qulaity fo the customer service. The GM Ron Vansaugi with his service manager Scott Gis have a phenomenal team that treat the guests as family. You do not want for a thing during yoru dining expereince. Some of those magical team members include Andreas, Julie and Sandra.\r
i cannot say enough good things about this 5 star dining expereince.
