This apartment complex seems like a complete and utter dive or flophouse. I don't know when they last deep-cleaned the main areas (hallways and lobby), but my guess is, oh, NEVER. It is cheap, cheap, cheap in the negative sense of cheap. \r

Now, let's talk about the lovely tenants at this apartment complex. Quite a few of them violate the noise hours policy, so it is likely that you will hear doors slamming loudly after hours, loud parties and stomping, and young children whose irresponsible parents allow them to start running heavily, stomping, bouncing balls on the ground, etc. before the normal noise hours (let's say around 6 AM or earlier....lovely !). ""Management"" does nothing about legitmate concerns and even resorts to fabricating excuses and dishonestly masking the truth.\r

Sound like fun? Wait, there's more. This apartment complex seems to be located in a very ghetto-esque neighborhood. It is common to be awakened in the early hours of the morning by sirens and the police arresting someone or other. Ridiculous place in which to live. Just do yourself a favor and consider other options.
