I would not recommend Norman's electronics to anyone, and I do mean nobody. I have been waiting since August 5th.2010 to get my microwave repaired.I have taken off from work on three different occasions for. Servive repair and as of this date the repair hasn't been completed. Their customer service is the poorest and worst in the country I believe. They Won't even consider no conpensation for your time and trouble. I warn all consumers to be aware of this ill will company.
