I had a very similar experience as the other two reviews. Over several weeks I called trying to make an appointment the new patient receptionist, but in the dozens of calls I made she NEVER picked up the phone. I tried leaving messages which promised to get back to me within the next 24 hours. I'd wait multiple days before I would try back. Sometimes I missed her call back but when I returned her call I was back in the waiting game. I complained to the receptionist who took my information and said she would have her get right back to me, but that didn't accomplish anything. We finally connected and after an apology of being understaffed we took all of about 1 minute to make the appointment. She told me that she would send the appointment information and a new patient packet in the mail. That never showed up. When I called back to find out what was up I was placed on hold for a long time and the phone was finally answered by someone with attitude who told me to just show up. While this was going on I was dealing with another referral my doctor had made. The appointment was taken care of in days, not months. The new patient packet came in the mail as said with useful information contained. Quite a contrast with the lack of professionalism Regional Cardiology Assoc showed. This office definitely shows no interest in the patients they are treating. I'm recommending to my doctor that he find a different Cardiologist to make is referrals to. more
