These guys work in cahoots with a lot owner & prey on unsuspecting visitors to the market. I was away from my car for 5 minutes & saw a sign advising me not to park in the lot across the street. By the time I walked back to move my car, K&M had already towed. Like the previous reviewer, I was taken to a lot, where the driver insisted on $110 cash, which I had to get from an ATM in a very unsafe location. I wonder how much of that $110 went into the driver's pocket! Next time I'll just call the police.
