Beware! \r
They may have beautiful furniture but I ordered from this store in April, paid in full, but have yet to receive my furniture--it's October now. \r
Things started well, Nick was very helpful with choices, colors, etc, a couple months passed and I received nothing, then received only 1/3 of my order, I knew something was wrong. I had emailed a couple of times, and was told that ""they would do some checking"" but no one got back to me. I was given the stall. After multiple emails with no response, I picked up the phone and called them and was told they knew there was a problem on their side with placing the order. They didn't have the decency to even contact me when they discovered it. I was finally told the order had just been placed, it was July. There was a lot of blaming the guy who no longer worked there. Did I mention I had paid in full in April? ($$$$$) \r
Well here it is mid October and I still have not received my furniture. It is supposedly in Diva's hands, but again a lot of delay and excuses. They had promised that it would be delivered to me directly from the factory, but guess what, it was sent to LA instead of NYC, the mess up again blamed on someone else. And now I received a request for payment of the freight charges, something both the Seattle store and the manager in LA promised they would cover for all of their mistakes and having my money for so long. Needless to say I did a quick reply reminding them of what they promised. And here it's been a week and I have heard nothing back from them.\r

If I get my furniture and don't have to contact the CA Attorney General, I hope it arrives in good condition. I can't image having a damage claim with this company.\r
