I sent out of town guests to Koch’s Bakery for a dozen donuts and they were accidently overcharged. When they caught the mistake and asked for a refund, they were literally accused of stealing and asked to leave the store! I was appalled at how my guests were treated and called the store and spoke with the owner. When I asked about her customer service I was told to, “Shut up and listen to the other side of the story!”\r
Beware when visiting Koch’s: The customer is not right; the customer is expendable. \r
