i too have had the same NE(negative expience) that daveb1231 had ..... they would not honor the warranty even tho the repairs had been done within the two year limit ...when i went in on fri. 10/15/2010 to get my car repaired, armed with my paperwork, i was told that the part that broke was NOT under warranty and it would cost me $400 to fix it ...... and yet my paperwork said it was covered and if you go to thier website it also states that labor and parts are covered for 2 yrs and yet here is this ""manager"" standing in front of me saying that i have to pay $400 to fix it ...... now even if i buy the fact that the part was only covered for 90 days(which i don'i) the part is only $169 that leaves $230 ..what does that go for ....... MORE LABOR ..but that is covered by the warranty ...... Well I told them NO WAY and out the door i went ...DO NOT GO TO THEM
