While it can help to have knowledgeable staff compared to a big department store, sometimes that sense of expertise can go too far down the continuim to a superior attitude. I've seen the staff laugh at customers behind their back because they were overweight and looking for their first pair of running shoes. I can't do business with such people and now get my shoes elsewhere. Petty, immature, MEAN.
