I had asked for blonder highlights around my face and my hair was darker than what it was when I went in. my appt. was with a executive director so my expectations were high. I was very dissatisfied! the whole time she was doing my hair she was trying to sell me tons of products that totaled over 100 dollars! Very disappointed!! I will not go back there!
