Years of enjoying the braised short rib, I thought it was time to try a new entree. I had the ""on fire"" skirt steak, \r
what a wonderful meal. I can't wait for halibut season to have that entree.\r
No matter what is on the menu it is always fantastic.\r
The service is great and it is always nice to see Chef Todd out in the dining room making sure his guests are enjoing their evening.\r
