Their ""waiting time"" is excessive! We have teenagers in the house & my husband & I do not approve of MTV - -requested this to be blocked. Took several phone calls & then only to find out that the way to have it blocked w/o going to ""basic 16 channels"" is to rent their ""special box"" for $3.95 per month (x3 tvs we own = $144 per year extra) - - just to block this trash.
There must be a better way!
Pros: only way to get the channels my husband wants
