I purchased a mother of the bride dress there. When I went back to pick the dress up, I tried it on to check out the length to see if alterations were needed. The owner told me that no one was available to alter the length and that it looked fine as is; she seemed like she was trying to rush me out of the store. Additionally, there were wrinkles in the dress that needed to be steamed out before I could wear it. When a saleswoman was helping to steam the dress for me, the owner, in front of me, angrily ordered the saleswoman to leave me and go assist her with another client trying on dresses. The saleswoman was embarrased and apologized to me, but left to go to the other person. I left with the dress, and had to take it to a local seamstress to get the dress shortened and steamed out.
Cons: Lousy post-sale customer service and arrogant owner
