My wife and I made reservations for 6:30 on New Years Eve 2009. We arrived on time but were told our wait was 30-40 minutes. We were told they have no control over when people leave there tables. Bottom line was they did not have a reservation list. If they did, we would have sat at 6:30. What they had was a wait list. We should have realized Theos is not a ""real"" restaurant you may find in a big city but a podunk restaurant found in the suburbs. Anyone can take a reservation, but they could not ""hold"" the reservation. And that's the most important part.
