I'll start off with a disclaimer... I've known Janet since college which made it easier to decide where to go when I decided to try acupuncture (thus, I don't have anything else to compare with this). With that said, Janet has been completely professional with me for every appointment and has made me feel comfortable and secure in my treatments.
Pros: better than traditional medicine
Cons: like many things, takes commitment to get most out of it
