I have never written a review in my life and I felt the need to write one after I got a haircut from Matthews. I asked the stylist to put layers in my hair and keep the length. He completely ignored what I asked for him to do and did whatever ""he"" thought would be good. Now, I HATE the way my hair looks. My hair is short, blunt with no style, heavy looking with hideous bangs that cover my eyes (the bangs I did NOT ask for). Moreover, the whole time I felt like I was getting a haircut from an aveda sales person, not a stylist.
