Karl Hendler is a dream landlord and property manager. KHP manages many, many properties in Austin, and I hope that the untruths being posted on CitySearch soon disappear. The negative statements simply are not true----I am a current tenant, and would rent from Karl Hendler again any time, anywhere.
Pros: Super attentive, honest, dedicated, trustworthy!
