I've had chronic lower back pain for over 11 years now and was hesitant to try chiropractic work due to testimonials from others that it doesn't work. After already having had steroid shots in my lower spine and having the worst bout of sciatica I've ever had, I call my friend who's a chiropractor in NJ and asked her to recommend one for me in the city. She recommended Dr. Sho, and for the first time, I feel like my back might finally be getting back to normal.
I could hardly walk when I showed up at his office in November and now, after a few weeks of treatment, I can run and exercise and get back to my regularly scheduled workout routine. The program does take some investment; chiropractic work doesn't work and you need to be committed and continue with the treatment even if you feel 80%. But give it time and patience and listen to the doctor and you'll feel better! Thanks to Dr. Sho, Dave and Lisa, I'll be 100% in no time!
