They sold me the wrong battery for my car, which in turn blew a fuse and wouldn't start. I had to tow the car in to the tune of $65, and have them charge me $90 to figure out that the wrong battery was put in it. I had brough in my old battery (for a 2001 Kia Sportage) and was given one for a 2005 Kia Spectra. I had to pay the $20 difference for the battery, which is legit, and $10 for the fuse that blew. I also had to pay $102 for the first (wrong) battery. The guy behind the counter, Nick G, Didnt care at all that they were taking money that I felt was totally unjust, and I am now the proud owner of a $300 car battery. Thanks dudes. They are obviously not professionals about how they handle their business and their customers and they obviously don't know which car battery goes where. Never again will I go here. I'm fighting this one to the finish.
Pros: quick
Cons: dicked me out of a ton of money
