I went in with healthy long hair but had an event that I wanted to have even longer hair. I had the extreme mermaid extensions. I was told that the extensions would not harm my hair and that it would be healthy for my hair. I followed all instructions and as soon as I noticed a knot in the back called for removal. I went in and instead of taking the appropriate time and care to remove the knots they pulled so hard out they tore my own hair off. It took them about a half an hour to remove hundreds of extensions. I left as I new bride was getting hers done I did not want to complain then and cause this bride to be stress. I drove home crying and called that night and was told everyone was gone that could advise and help me. So I left every phone number I own. I was told by the lady who answered my call she was so sorry and to try vitamins etc for hair growth. I was told she would surely let them know and that maybe they would try a conditioning treatment on me etc.
